17,18 May 2017 - night match (20-over match)
12.35 am Umpires Nitin Menon and Anil Chaudhary are out for the inspection. They've had a pretty busy night even with no play for the last three hours. It is now confirmed as a six-over chase starting at 12.55 am with KKR's target adjusted to 48.
There will be two overs of Powerplay as well; two of six with only two fielders outside the circle. Four bowlers can bowl one over, one can bowl two overs.

"We were 30 runs short. It was quite a tough wicket to bat on. The ball was holding up a bit. It's been quite a disappointing wicket all season. And they bowled really well on it," says Warner, "The way we batted wasn't good enough and six over games can be niggly. We had to come out with positive intent, got three wickets, but we knew they would come hard and it happened. We were good, as we were last time. We found some good talent, we played some good cricket with bat and ball, whereas last year it was either bat or ball. Thanks to all the people in Hyderabad, without you guys we wouldn't be out here playing"

12.55 am David Warner is leading a stern team talk. Tom Moody is also in the huddle. This is going to be tough. Who will be KKR's openers? Ah, it's changed again. Chris Lynn and Robin Uthappa. They need proper batsmen to make sure there are as little dot balls as possible. If Bhuvneshwar Kumar had bowled one good over at Sunil Narine, the pressure would be right up. Good more. Right then, defending champions, can you hold on? Slip in, Short fine leg up.
